missouri has some really interesting specialty license plates. especially this one: http://www.dps.mo.gov/HomelandSecurity/LicensePlateInfo.htm
but i have to say GA's sons of confederate veterans one takes the cake. i know it's a "south" thing, and i wouldn't understand. :o)
