Vanity Plates

On my way home today I saw this one:
GZUSDVA
"Jesus Diva"

A long time ago in St. Louis I saw a small truck covered in Vietnam veteran bumper stickers and retire Marine Corps decals. The vanity plate read: NAPALM

In honor of their early exit from the big dance:

Bumper Sticker Philosophy

For a long time I've wanted to have a place to collect pictures of cars covered in bumper stickers. If I were an anthropologist I might try to analyze the meaning of the amalgamation of stickers that collect over time on the backs of vehicles. Sometimes they are very coherent declarations of life philosophy: darwin fish+well behaved women rarely make history+democratic campaign stickers for several prior elections+World Wildlife Fund+Appalachian Trail sticker or a simple "W the president" + local sports team stickers + my child is an honor student at_________. Or, they are incomprehensibly inconsistent--those are my favorites. I hope people will send them to me and I will post them as I find them.
I love the one on this red wagon. The other photo is a fairly typical example of someone with their feelings on their car. Visit often.
